1. Subscription Plans
Chatwise offers subscription-based plans. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing based on your selected plan.
2. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- You will continue to have access until the billing period ends.
- No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
3. Refunds
All payments made to Chatwise are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.
- We do not provide refunds for unused time.
- Partial usage of a billing period is not eligible for refund.
- Downgrades or cancellations during a billing cycle do not result in partial refunds.
4. Plan Changes
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
- Upgrades may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle.
- Downgrades typically take effect at the next billing cycle.
5. Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- We may retry billing.
- Your access to paid features may be limited or suspended until payment is successful.
6. Exceptional Cases
In rare cases, refunds may be considered at our discretion or where required by law.
